Changing it from its default value of 2 to something larger like 10 might help here.Some of the symptoms you describe are suggestive of a hardware problem. If that doesn't work, then while the error isn't specifically to do with TDR, you can try adjusting the Windows TDR delay value by opening up regedit and navigating to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers then opening the tdrdelay item. If you find your dedicated graphics card isn't picked up by the APU driver, you can grab the dedicated graphics driver and install that, too. You'll want to completely uninstall your AMD drivers to make sure you've got a clean slate to work from, and after restarting, go ahead and reinstall them.
They may all be the same driver package, but since AMD lists them individually, not a bad idea to just use whatever you have.
They also have them for Windows 7 or Windows 8. Assuming you're running Windows 10, you can grab the latest drivers over at AMD's website just to be sure. Looking up the specs, it looks like that's an AMD A10 + 8000-series graphics card.
